Connect autonomy with links The social contract of the classic Welfare State materializes through bureaucratic schemes for the provision of public services. Hierarchical administrative structures were erected, where individuals and groups tended to be treated as passive recipients of services and benefits, framed in dependency relationships. C Level Contact List Neither citizen participation nor personal autonomy found easy logic to fit into these schemes. In another dimension, the articulation of solidarity bonds and interactions occurred more in the associative C Level Contact List sphere than in public policies: the Keynesian social state placed more emphasis on redistributing resources than on building community. But also here the dimensions C Level Contact List of the change of time outline new realities.
On the one hand, people and C Level Contact List groups forcefully burst into the public space from the logic of empowerment and activation of diverse roles. Social citizenship and its collective rights begin to be rewritten from grammars of self-determination and individual freedom. It is true, in the absence of equality that freedom is not real; but without processes of personal autonomy, equality can hide relations of domination. On the other C Level Contact List hand, the challenge of placing autonomy in a framework of reconstruction of bonds of fraternity, of community and ecological bonds emerges. In short, it would be about inscribing the values of C Level Contact List solidarity and sustainability at the core of the new social contract. Materializing the construction of autonomy in a framework of fraternity may require four new transformations: - Turn towards basic income, to guarantee material conditions of existence and real freedom.
The basic income is a public monetary C Level Contact List benefit that has three fundamental characteristics: it is transferred periodically to all citizens –or residents– of a political community (universality); payment is made to individuals, without C Level Contact List considering the composition of the households where they live (individuality); the payment is C Level Contact List made without taking into account the level of income or resources of the beneficiaries (unconditionality). In the economic dynamics of changing times, production is increasingly social and immaterial.
